Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Please let us know at least 14 days before your job commences if you need to cancel.

How to Cancel: You can cancel by emailing us at hello@handymaam.co.uk.

Deposit and Fees

Non-Refundable Deposit: We require a deposit to confirm your date in the diary. This deposit must be paid at least 14 days prior to the work commencing and is non-refundable.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 14 days before your job starts, we won’t be able to refund your deposit. This helps us manage our schedule and cover costs.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule within the 14-day period, a rescheduling fee will apply. The fee will be dependent on the quote amount and size of the job.

Availability: We’ll do our best to fit you in on a new date, depending on our schedule.
