Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

We ask for at least 14 days’ notice if you need to cancel your booking. The more notice you can give, the better – this helps us keep our schedule running smoothly.

Deposit & Fees

Booking Deposit: Your job is only confirmed once the deposit is paid. Dates aren’t held without payment and may be offered to others if the deposit hasn’t been received.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14-30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
This policy helps cover any time or materials we’ve already invested in your scheduled work.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule within the 14-day period, a rescheduling fee will apply. The fee will be dependent on the quote amount and size of the job.

Availability: We’ll do our best to fit you in on a new date, depending on our schedule.
